CONSENT DOCUMENTATION GUIDELINES

IF THE DOCUMENTATION IS NOT COMPLETE, it may be necessary to return documents or delay hearing until all requiremnts are met.

  1. A COMPLETED COPY OF THE APPLICATION (completed online or manually) must be filed with the Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment.
  2. It is required that one copy of this application be filed, together with the sketch described in note 2, with the responsible person, accompanied by a fee of $750.00 for each created lot severance, $315.00 for each lot addition & right-of-way, paid in cash or by cheque made payable to the The City of Dryden, or online by credit or debit card.

SKETCH OR PLAN REQUIREMENTS:

  1. The land to be SEVERED must be outlined in RED AND LABELED and the land to be RETAINED must be outlined in GREEN AND LABELED.
  2. These sketches/plans should be uploaded in letter size (8 1/2 x 11, the same size as the application form and drawn with "NORTH" indicated at the top of the page.
  3. When a reduction of a sketch or plan is used, please upload ONE COPY OF FULL SIZE DRAWING for reference purposes.
  4. The location of all natural and artificial feeatures on the subject land (e.g. lot and concession, plan numbers, road allowances, roadways, right-of-ways, railways, easements or restrictive covenants, buildings, wells, and septic systems, municipal addresses, watercourses, flood and fill lines, draininage ditches, banks, slopes, swamps and wooded areas) and the location of any of these features on adjacent lands which may affect the application.
  5. All dimensions MUST BE in metric; detailing lot measurements, all existing buildings, wells and septic systems with present and proposed setbacks.

NOTE:  A SITE INSPECTION may be necessary before / and or after the hearing.
